De change 2001 conferentie in Amsterdam

De Galan Groep werkt mee aan de internationale conferentie Change 2001 - Best Practices in Change Management. Deze vindt plaats van 1 tot en met 4 mei in Amsterdam onder auspiciën van INSEAD Business School en wordt georganiseerd door Linkage Incorporated.

Net als vorig jaar verzorgen Freek Peters en Jan de Koning vanuit de Galan Groep op deze conferentie een speciale ééndaagse workshop over onze kijk op verandermanagement. Naast de strategie en regie van organisatievernieuwing komt ook de opzet en uitvoering van veranderingsprogramma's aan bod.
